With over 18 years of experience, Madhumita brings in expertise in the areas of Management Reporting, Financial Controling, Product Costing and Budgeting. Being Chartered Accountant by profession, she also has an in-depth understanding of various business processes ranging from Production, LSC to Sales and Distribution, apart from core Accounting processes.
Her experience in the IT department as the ERP Support Responsible has helped her acquire additional skill sets in the areas of Functional Design, Testing and Project Management. She has held responsible positions at various renowned Indian and international groups such as Godrej, Dimension Data, Bayer / Lanxess and Thermofisher.
Ajita has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has a post-qualification experience of over 18 years in the Treasury teams of leading corporates such as Reliance Industries Limited and IDFC Limited, where she honed her skills in Fund raising, Risk Management and Working Capital Management.
She has worked extensively in domestic and international debt markets managing loan portfolios of substantial sizes. She has worked across the spectrum of debt instruments from bank loans, ECBs, ECA Loans and debentures to CPs, ICDs, Trade Finance, Buyer's and Supplier's credit.
